Run, walk, hardcore music
Sat the alarm at 05:38. It's hard to get up but it's worth the hassle. The mornings are beautiful and quiet, uncrowded. I went for a 7k run along the riverside listening to some new hardcore music I discovered when reading the newsletter Anti-Matter: No Right and Roman Candles.
Came back home before 7, energized. Took a shower, had black coffee and breakfast.
Read an old newspaper laying on the kitchen table for a while and set off to work. My plan was to bike, but I had forgotten I left it at work yesterday. I didn't want to pay for the bus so I walked.
At 08.30 my app showed 10Â 000 steps.
The office desk feels like a pretty good place right now.
Two songs:
♯ Roman Candles: Can We Watch Something Happy?
♯ No Right: Burn
